Who Am I ?

Hmmm, I have been asking the same question myself, who am i?
what exactly am i doing here on this planet being an intelligent life form?
well, there are some questions which fly beyond my understandings ...
thats the way i explain considering if thats a rhetorical qn...

But, if u still gonna ask me "Who am I ?"...
hmmm... i am just yet another human completely corrupted
by the fast changing and growing technolgy... ;-)
i did my bachelors at Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
yeah, i am Indian and i am Tamilan. every breath says so...

Background Info

I am basically born and brought up from a wonderful city - Chennai.
chennai is one of the 4 metropolitan cities of india, being the center
of attraction for the southern part of the country. Chennai, also holds
the pride of longest beach in Asia, The Marina Beach.
Thats where i spend most of time with my friends, especially my buddy Kiran.

For my school days, i did my complete profile from Kinder Garden to High School
at "MAK Matriculation School", K.K. Nagar, Chennai.

And then, i entered the happiest part of my life, the college days....
i did my bachelors on "Information Technology" at RMK Engineering College
affiliated to Anna University. one of the famous universities in India.

I then got a job with Sutherland Global Services to work for Microsoft Corporation
as a Technical Support Executive and within 9 months i was double promoted as
a "Research Engineer". I quit that job to catch the dream of coming to japan
for higher studies, basically to earn lot of money... in a very short time...

hmmm.. i then paid for that...by learning the lesson in a very hard way.

the institute i came looking for masters in japan said, that i am not eligible
for them to accept as a student - because i didn't speak their language Japanese
during their selection process which was on the 2nd day i landed on that country.

yet, i spent a year (full of awful waste) being someone called "Research Student"
researching nothing great... but i still got a good oppurtunity to do a part time
job on Hitachi's Project.

After almost a year to come upon.. i decided to switch to a new university.
a friend by the name "Sebastien" of france gave me a spark about waseda university.

i applied for it, and here now i am doing the great master's which i was on a pursuit
for a long time ....

Family History

My Father came from a village "RamaGoundanoor" - named after "RamaGoundan".
my great grand father, who was the head of the entire village spanning several acres...(Nataamai !!)
in those days he was unable to hold and maintain his vast rich lands and so he gave it
to his fellow farmers for free...
isn't that too much to sing his pride here... yeah lets forget that guy...

His son was "Kuppusamy" who was my grand father. he fathered 3 boys and 5 girls.
My father Mr. K. Narayanan was his 2nd kid being the 1st boy in his heir.

My father came to Chennai looking for job, fortunately got one and settled happily here...
he married my mother Mrs. Lalitha Narayanan. A gorgeous woman with supernatural powers.

I was born 4.8 yrs after my sister Ms. Anicha who is now Mrs. Anicha Sundaresan.
She got a cute princess "Bodhana" and expecting another kid by oct'09.

And, Yeah I am Still Single .!.!.!

In The Moment

Well, As i said above, i am doing my master's and am in the 2nd year of it.
The univeristy is Waseda University, Tokyo-Japan.
Waseda Univeristy has an history of 125 years and counting.
Most of the presidents were the Alumni of Waseda.
Waseda also holds a pride name saying its the "Japan's Harvard"
